Darned, you're starting to sound a bit like Roy. Unfortunately, your vocals are lost behind the accompaniment. Try recording it again and bring those vocal a bit more up front and it should sound a lot better.

Thanks Gary! I thought the same and was not going to post. Then I played it from Box on my iPad and it sounded OK. Not sure what's up. When I get a chance I' Lloyd redo it using my Roland Digital Recorder instead of the keyboard.
